Hanoi 9 SPA KSL (Level 6 Car Park)

This spa was opened to much hype on social media previously. Since I always visit KSL mall so decidednto try out their services. Boy.. one great mistake! Their prices are almost 30% higher that the massage parlours more accessible at KSL. No doubt the service is not bad but it doesn't justified the high prices. Not worth paying so much when I can have better at a lower price.

Great experience at Hanoi 9 SPA KSL. Delectable spread of buffet food, spoilt for choice at one price. Pool table and arcade game machines also available for use. Big hot pool with sauna and jacuzzi allows clients to enjoy themselves at the same time.

Spa on KSL 6th floor, ideal for visitors who like to relax for a few hours. Good pool & great massage with decent recreational facilities. Prices is slightly 20% higher but balance off.

Place is good. 6th floor. Definitely worth if u take the premium package! The pedi abd medi however changes in standard. Minus 1 star

A nice and cosy environment tucked away in a corner of the busy mall. They offer a good spread of dishes in their buffet, and the masseurs are very experienced. To get there, take the hotel lobby lift up to level 6 of KSL Mall.

Resonable prices for relatively clean facilities and decent massage. However, visit on 281125 saw small roaches in dining area. Hope there wont be an infestation as its the buffet area.

Took package 1 and foot massage + vip room with jacuzzi + buffet total 2 pax 580rm. To be honest only the food is passable can eat. The massage really cannot make it. The pressure points are all wrong. The way the masseuse massage, the pace is super fast as if they are rushing to somewhere. The strength is super hard but pressure points all wrong! I feel like my skin being pinched together with the cloth and my skin being rubbed everytime they massage it. Better off going to your regular massage joint. My body ended more painful than when it first started off.
