Thai Odyssey @ KSL City Mall

Had a 1h upper body thai massage here and it was fantastic. No oil used and the massage clothes offered felt so soft and clean with a very wonderful smell. The massuese checked in regularly to make sure I could take the pressure and was very communicative which I liked. She also brought it tea which was just nice temperature and not boiling hot. We had to wait for a slot but its okay, so I recommend making reservations before coming over. Very quiet and soothing even though its located in such a busy mall. I paid 151.20 RM for the 1h massage as its "off menu". Will recommend.

Had 1 hour foot massage. Masseur is experienced and applied good strength. My go to place as the masseurs are professional, they do not talk amongst each other which I appreciate and I pay way more premium price to enjoy quiet atmosphere. The lower priced massage parlor tend to be in a big hall where customers and masseurs are all on talking mode.

I have been a regular customer at Thai Odyssey for many years. On 5 Jul 2025, I visited the Aeon Tebrau City outlet to enquire about redeeming products using my package points. I was specifically informed by the counter staff that my points would not be expiring and would only lapse in 2026. I even reconfirmed this information, and she reassured me. Based on that, I did not proceed with any redemption. However, when I returned to the outlet in Oct for a massage, I was told that my 2,000 points had already expired in Sept. I explained that I had been given incorrect information previously and requested that they review their CCTV footage from 5 Jul 2025 to verify my visit and conversation. After their internal investigation, for which no report or findings were provided to me, the store manager, Thilagam, stated that the points had expired and could not be reinstated. This is extremely disappointing, as customers should not be penalised for misinformation provided by staff. After I left a Google review, I received a response stating that the matter would be investigated. However, after I shared the details, there was no further follow-up. For this kind of service, I would rather visit Siam Oasis.

I have been going thai odyssey for quite a long time. Last sat was the worse experience. Customer service on counter, Indian Girl has diff service standard towards diff race 2ndly the thai massage was not very comfortable, and my shoulder hurt till now, seems like she injured my shoulder.

Best massage I've ever had. And I've tried many around the world. Didn't catch her name - but look for this masseuse. Thanks to her - I'm going to sleep very well tonight

The place has a nice and relaxing ambience, which initially gave me high hopes for the session. Unfortunately, the foot massage itself was quite underwhelming. Despite asking the masseuse to apply more pressure, it remained very light throughout, lacking the therapeutic touch one would expect. Overall, aside from the pleasant environment, the massage experience was nothing to rave about. I left feeling more disappointed than refreshed.
