I went for scaling and polishing, left not only with cleaner and whiter teeth but also new knowledge about chromogenic bacteria. I appreciate that they took a picture of my tooth to explain better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with very very minimal discomfort.

Dr MC Ng.... young and with passion in his profession as a dentist. Highly recommend to visit his clinic at 7teen Mall.. He gave a very good advice for my tooths... The service is great, possibly my best experience from visiting a dentist. I'd recommend Dr. Ng as can see his concern for his patients

The service was excellent. The doctor was gentle, patient, and thorough in explaining everything clearly. The procedure was done with great care and cleanliness, making for a very reassuring experience. The price also reasonable and affordable..👍 _________________________________ I am really satisfied with the service and grateful to have my smile back. Dr. Ng is very gentle and soft-spoken, explains everything clearly, and provides multiple treatment options. He is highly experienced, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this clinic! This is my second treatment for my wisdom teeth, and I would very highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care...

Doctor Carmen is so nice. Her work is so soft, comfortable and i can fall asleep. She explains in detail whatever treatment she did. Which is great because i was half sleeping during treatment

🌟 5-Star service for Prime Care Dental Clinic 🌟 I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Prime Care Dental Clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and caring hospitality by Ms Pallavi who was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. During the treatment, the dental team (Dr Ng & Ms Pallavi) demonstrated a high level of care and gentleness, constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. Their approach was not only professional but also genuinely compassionate — a true testament to the name "Prime Care." What impressed me most was their thoughtful follow-up service. After my dental appointment, they made sure to schedule a follow-up check-up to monitor my recovery and ensure everything was progressing well. It's rare to find a clinic that goes the extra mile like this! Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch dental care with a personal, caring touch. Thank you, Prime Care Dental, for your exceptional service — I’ll definitely be back!
