My experience with Dr Dianne at Smile Dental is a delightful experience and she has been my dentist for the past 8 years . Dianne is really professional to address all our fears before any procedures especially the injections on your gums. Her advice on dental is thorough that will give you the peace of mind that you are in good hands I recommend Dianne anytime erradicating all fears with the best dental treatment that we need

Desperately needed a wisdom tooth extraction ASAP and thankfully my friend recommended Smile Partners Dental Clinic! Consultation was quick yet informative and thorough. Wisdom tooth extraction procedure was completely painless and worry-free! Dr.Diane is amazing at her craft and she's the absolute sweetest. I mentioned my fear of needles and she took precautions to keep me distracted and calm throughout the whole procedure. Would definitely visit Smile Partners Dental Clinic again for future check-up or any procedures! Oh and not to mention, the extraction fee didn't break the bank!

I had a freak accident, fell with my face down on a walking path. Had quite a few chipped teeth and one came out completely in the frontal jaw. My teeth were badly damaged. I was referred to Dr. Diane Chai of Smile Partners. Dr Chai was very professional, personal and patient taking time to explain the options and her recommended treatment. She was also very thorough yet gentle in the way she went about treating me. I so appreciate Dr. Diane going out of her way to make sure what was needed to be addressed and that it was done timely and well. The bridge and crowns done were a perfect fit and I appreciate her following up after each treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Diane!!

Dr Diane was a v good, dedicated, thorough dentist that didn’t take short cuts in fixing my many teeth that other dentist had done recently. Highly recommended to go to her as her experience is more than 30yrs. Her sincerity will not disappoint you.

I had a great customer experience from the very beginning! The receptionist was so friendly it just made me smile (no pun intended). A clean and convenient location from where I was staying at an AirBnB. Fortunately Dr. Diane was able to schedule me in with the small window of time I had. With the amount of work done and the time involved, it was hands down a very comfortable experience. Dr. Diane's work is exceptional and her chair side demeanor was so calming. Thank you Dr. Diane and staff for a great customer experience! I highly recommend Smile Partners Dental Clinic...especially for overseas patients!! 😄

I go to see Dr. Chai every time I come back to KL! She’s super friendly & attentive. As a grown adult, I’m usually scared of dental visits, but she makes it much easier by even giving me a toy to hug and a huge TV to distract me 😬 thanks Dr Chai 🙂

Dr. Diane has been our family dentist for the last 8-9 years. She’s very understanding, patient and yet firm with the children (started all our kids at 2yo). She has seen us through multiple issues with the children’s teeth so we really appreciate her thoroughness! What I really like about Dr. Diane is she’s reasonable, she won’t suggest any procedure just because it’s the easier way out or to make more $$ out of us. She’s professional but is personable in her communications with us patients. The clinic’s waiting area is nicely decorated and furnished with games for the children & comfortable sofa for the adult patients. Highly recommended for both adults and children.
