Had a smooth scaling and teeth whitening treatment here with Dr Dean who is very gentle. The entire treatment process was explained to me well and clear. The experience was comfortable and spa-like. Will definitely come back again 😊

The front desk personnel is incredibly welcoming, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Dr Margaret has a great bedside manner and actually listens to your concerns. It feels more like a wellness visit than a chore!

Unlike past dental clinics and dentists I've frequented over the years, this place guarantees to take extra good care of their patients. 👍🏻 Comfy indoor slippers are provided upon arrival, as well as orange tinted goggles to protect your eyes from the harsh lights and water splashes. Since I was also in to do scaling for my teeth, they provided numbing agent for my gums to help with sensitivity, and even Vaseline to help with my cracked lips. Bonus points for the TV screen playing fascinating nature scenes that was strategically placed right in front of patients, providing entertainment and assisting with those awkward "where / what do I look at" moments at the dentist's. Today was my first experience with Dr Manoj for my first ever whitening procedure. He was friendly and careful, and made sure to give me a thorough briefing on the process to be expected, as well as talk me through my expectations so as to better offer his professional recommendations and reassurances. He also constantly checked in during the procedure, and even offered apologies whenever he suspects he's caused any discomfort, which was sweet. My visit ended with a free toothbrush + toothpaste, and the clinic assuring me that they will WhatsApp a reminder in 6 months to check if I would like to schedule for another routine visit, which I most probably will. 😊

Good experience - the dentists are knowledgeable and helpful, and they are very transparent and upfront about pricing. I also sense they are the kind that won’t recommend unnecessary procedures to you. The receptionist is also very responsive and is skilled at communication, which makes it much easier compared to my experiences in other clinics.

The staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Margaret is very knowledgable and educational to share information about dental health. Also, shared with me the steps she took for each procedure for me to understand what she is about to do. And the best part is, the procedure is very fast! I like how professional she is. I recommend this dentist to anyone.
