Twiggy Hair Salon (Tanjung Tokong)

Salon mayb looks cozy & the hairstylist is friendly but the most important thing is the price is not worth it. The price is way to higher for a haircut & highlights RM5××. The sad part is the colour is not the same as the 1 showed in the colour code book. After washing hair looks damaged. U can literally count the highlights. Regret picking that shop. Not worth the price.

Disappointed with the experience. The staffs seemed inexperienced and unfriendly. It felt like a rip-off to be charged the same rates as other salons but without basic services like a proper hair wash at the salon chair. The hairstylist also used way too much hairspray, which made my hair stiff and uncomfortable. Hair washing and curling technique was poor and didn’t meet expectations.

In Google working hours 11am to 8pm. Came at 7:15 pm to wash and blow hair maximum time for service 30-35 min. But lady at reception said salon is closed already. Went to next salon where I got my service plus cheaper than at Twiggy.

I received excellent service from my hairstylist, Jeffrey Seow. He was friendly, professional, and found a perfect hairstyle for me.😍🥰

Long term customer since 2019, this is top hair salon in Penang, no hidden charge . Ms Elaze is really professional and always exceed my expectations. After haircut they don’t hesitate to spend more time blow my fuzzy hair become a smooth status. Always full as their great service, so will be better call for appointment to reserve your slot.

洗头50块 其实算蛮贵了 这都ok ，洗头都是先坐在座位上洗了才去后面躺着的吧？我洗的时候 直接去躺着洗了 按摩什么的都没有 普通的都是有按摩吧 50块就这样吗？按摩什么的都没有 就给个50块去洗头？😅

Customer service is below any standards. I wanted to make an appointment and was completely ignored. Time was wasted and I didn't get my haircut done by the date I needed it done.
