Really really bad experience. Cut by a man with colourful short hair. I asked for the front high layer but he didn’t fulfill my need and he took 1hour 15 minutes to finish my hair cut which too long. Can’t even describe how disappointed I’m. 100% definitely won’t go to this salon again. This salon hired a person which is not professional…

Walk in to the store. Greeted by the staff and they arrange me with Berny. Berny is a new hairdresser just join them recently. He is a gentle type of guy, detailed and passionate in his work. He deserved 5 Stars because he let me enjoyed luxury customer experience, just like fine dining. I'm happy with the haircut. The picture I posted is after I wore a helmet which already messed up his touched up. Satisfied and I tipped him extra as he delivered a good experience. Note: Please book an appointment with him. He may be slow, but worth it.
