Despite the many bad reviews, I decided to give this salon a try because of their RM88 hair colour and treatment promotion. When I arrived, I had a consultation with the hairstylist. I wanted a dark purple hair, and he explained my options clearly, either lightening my already grown out my natural dark colour hair or simply applying the colour directly. I chose the second option, and I really appreciated that he did not hard sell the lightening option. He later introduced a two step treatment, which now the total cost is RM204. I expected this based on past reviews and did not mind paying extra as long as the results were good, so I agreed. What stood out to me was how attentive and friendly the male hairstylist was. He regularly checked if I was comfortable, asked whether the temperature was okay, and even offered toilet breaks. The overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, just like how a hair salon should feel. The end result was gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. I absolutely love my hair. I also appreciated that he asked whether I wanted my hair styled straight or curled as hairstylists usually just leave it straight without asking me. Would I come back again? Probably yes if I am in SS15 again and have extra money. The experience is worth the money paid tbh.

非常失望的一次染发体验。 染发过程中，员工直接将染剂涂在头皮及皮肤上，导致耳后、发际线和颈部留下明显染料痕迹，回家后头皮还有不适感。 更令人失望的是，事后向商家反映问题并附上照片，却被已读不回，没有任何处理或解释。 作为连锁店，本应具备基本的专业操作和售后态度，这次体验明显未达到应有水平。 希望店家能正视服务品质问题，而不是忽视顾客反馈。

My first visit to this salon was great, the service and results were exactly what I wanted. My second visit recently also turned out well in terms of my hair. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the male staff members (with platinum gray hair). During my hair dye session, he kept talking nonstop about his personal life and asked me many personal questions that had nothing to do with the service. Some of his questions and comments made me feel uneasy. For example, he asked to see a photo of my family, invited me for tea even when he KNOWS I have a bf, and when I declined, said he was "just joking." He also asked me to ask my bf what haircut I should get but when I said no need, he commented that he could "be my boyfriend for the day" and even asked if I had single friends to introduce to him. He did asked if his behavior was considered inappropriate and I replied with a yes it is kinda inappropriate, he brushed it off by saying he was joking. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. While I was happy with how my hair turned out, I don’t plan to return because of how unprofessional and invasive this interaction was.

Extremely Disappointed and Treated Rudely I had an appointment at this salon at 2 PM, but when I arrived, the staff informed me that they had run out of the product needed for my hair treatment. This is completely unacceptable — I made a proper appointment, and they should have been prepared in advance. What made things even worse was the way I was treated. The salon staff was extremely rude to me and even told me to get lost from the salon. This kind of behaviour is shocking and highly unprofessional. On top of that, they promote fake offers. The price they show in their promotion is totally different from the actual price at the salon — it’s much higher when you go there. This is misleading and unfair to customers. Very poor service, rude staff, and dishonest pricing. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others to stay away from this salon.

I forgot to ask his name, but he had blonde hair. I came to the salon on 17/10 around 4:40pm. Thanks to him — he taught me how to take care of my hair, from how to hair dry to styling, as my hair is about 80% damaged and dry. He also recommended the right hairdryer, hair mask, and other products to use. He did his best to trim the damaged parts since I couldn’t cut my hair short due to work. Great service! I’ll definitely come back.

At first I was like, okay, let it be — but the more I look at my hair, the angrier I get. I did a rebonding treatment and they literally burned my whole hair. When I complained, they blamed it on me for choosing the cheapest option. I wasn’t expecting premium results, but I definitely didn’t expect them to burn my originally healthy hair. And they didn’t take any responsibility for it. Worst ever I’ve ever seen.
