我来这家理发店已经两次了。 第一次是拉直＋烫卷，直接做整体造型设计。 隔了三个月，又回来染发。 其实这些年我几乎每一年都会烫发，但效果常常不理想——不是卷度老气，就是头发变得很干、很难打理。 直到遇到这家店，才终于烫出了我真正喜欢、而且能维持很久的卷发，反而头发很光滑。 更让我安心的是，他们每一次都会很有耐心地教我怎么吹卷、怎么打理， 不是敷衍讲一次，而是每次来都会再确认我会不会、顺不顺手。 这次回来染发，也是因为上一次的烫发体验太好—— 不干燥、好打理，所以我很放心地让他们自由发挥，帮我调出最适合我的发色。 第一次染发，加上终于拥有我一直想要的卷发。 真的爱了，爱了。 谢谢理发师们的耐心与细心帮我设计出那么好看发型，下次挑战更不一样的造型。

Friendly, efficient, and experienced. Chloe was very patient in handling my neglected hair and gave me newbie-friendly tips for haircare and hair styling. The hair wash was enjoyable and she was kind enough to use a treatment product on my hair as demo. I had no hairstyle preference, just wanted it shorter and lighter. The haircut exceeded my expectations. Every salon I visited took forever to cut my hair because of the volume, but Chloe did it very fast which was s a pleasant surprise.

Service ***** Environment *** Credibility * I am writing to express my disappointment with the result of yesterday session. Before agreeing to being a model, I specifically requested that my hair not to be made too curly/curved. There staff also guarantee my requested. Unfortunately, the final look didn't reflect what we discussed, and I'm quite unhappy with the outcome. However, everything things is nice and the staffs were patient explain and communication beside creditability. Tips: Think twice before volunteering as a model here. Even if the staff provides a guarantee' or 'warranty' on the result, be careful. In my experience, those promises were not kept, and I am very unhappy with the outcome.

This my second time of doing perm hair after 2 years, and the experience is totally different here. First, the ingredients used didn't has the strong chemical smell ; Second, they are using AI equipment to ensure the right temperature for the job, hence the hair didn't feel dry at all after the work done; Third, the stylist is friendly and will teach you how to style the hair at easier way. Recommend it ☺️

It was my first time getting a perm here, and the whole experience was amazing. The hairstylist was very friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. They explained the process clearly and gave helpful tips on how to care for my hair after the perm. The results turned out even better than I expected, and the curls are super easy to maintain. The salon environment is comfortable, and the service feels very professional. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality hairstyling 👍👍👍

非常感谢Hugo & Jia Xin，成功"救回"我的头发，也让我找回喜欢自己的感觉。 主要是因为之前在其他沙龙有过一次失败的烫发经验。头发的卷度不自然，让我对烫发非常抗拒。但这次真的让我重拾信心！ Hugo非常专业又亲切，花时间了解我的需求和头发状况，并根据我的脸型与发质，设计出一款自然、柔和、不老气的卷发造型，效果真的太满意了！整个过程中他们都非常细心，手法温柔又专业，给我满满的安心感。

這次當燙髮模特的體驗真的太棒了！💖 他們使用的是陶瓷 AI 燙髮機，不只會提醒頭髮燙好了，還會自動斷電，完全不怕頭髮被燙得太卷或變乾。燙出來的髮型光滑有彈性，完全不像我以前去燙髮被燙得像個 aunty 的悲慘經驗（那次一整年都不敢拍照😭）。這次出理髮店我都可以開心笑著走出來，心情超好！ 而且 stylist 超級貼心，不吝嗇地跟我分享很多護髮小知識，讓我知道該怎麼照顧頭髮，讓頭髮越來越健康。整體經驗非常滿意，下次一定還會再來！💇‍♀️✨
