I had a really great experience at Ricco C180! The salon has a very cozy and stylish vibe, and the staff are super friendly and professional. My hairstylist really listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions that suited my face shape, and the end result was exactly what I hoped for. ✨ The whole process felt comfortable and not rushed at all. They also explained how to take care of my hair afterwards, which I really appreciated. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service, and I definitely felt pampered. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for a place in C180 that’s professional yet welcoming. I’ll be coming back again for sure! 💇‍♀️

I was looking for a reasonably priced wash, blow, and cut for my daughter’s long hair when I came across this salon for the first time and decided to walk in. From the moment we entered, I was so impressed the customer service was superb, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the salon itself was extremely clean, including the toilets which were thoughtfully separated for men and women. The entire space had such a beautiful and classy feel that I honestly expected the price to be at least RM150 or more. The service provided by Ms. Selena, the hairdresser, was absolutely fantastic—she was gentle, professional, and treated my daughter with such care. After the service, when she told me the total was only RM53, I was shocked and had to ask her twice just to be sure. I couldn’t believe it such high-quality service at such an affordable price! This was truly a rare and heartwarming experience, and I left the salon feeling so grateful and satisfied. Thank you to the team and to Ms. Selena for making our visit so memorable. Without a doubt, this is now my permanent place for all our hair needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service at a great price.😊😊😊😊😊❤️

Very bad experience and unprofessional!! Not recommend to come here! Look like didnt attend class for improve skills! Done by a girl stylist!! Really angry!

Recent haircut experience was done by a lady, she just wanted to rush thing done, even she acknowledged that the side of my hair is not properly trim because "my head shape is different" but she just tried to keep quite. And she just rush through the bang too and the outcome is real bad, not detailed at all. Note: they raised their price during CNY, am okay with that, but not with this kind of service. Side note, past experience was by a man, he is good tho. Anyway wont be returning already

Jeff was very skillful and recommended a very good hair style for me. Price very good too. Staff all friendly and nice environment. Will definitely visit again next time for a hair cut.
