这家 Hair Saloon，真的一言难尽。 新年前如往常一样去做头发，希望美美地迎接新年。在 XHS 上选了这家，也满怀期待。 到了预约时间需要等一下，这点我完全理解，新年前客人多很正常。大概等了半小时轮到我。我做的是拉直，从剪发、上药水到洗头过程都还算顺利，也有聊天互动，一切都挺正常。 问题出在洗完头之后。 她帮我吹头吹到一半时，另一位发型师提醒她有顾客药水时间到了要洗头，并问她要不要帮忙。她坚持要自己去洗那位顾客的头，于是把我晾在一旁，而且期间没有任何人接手。 至少等了半小时她才回来继续帮我吹头、拉直。结果拉到一半，又让我再等一下，说要帮另一位顾客洗头吹头。我又等了至少半小时。 从无奈到气愤，我真的越来越累。期间其他发型师也开始接新客户，而我却一直被晾着。 我转过去问她还要等多久，她态度也不太好，只说"多一下多一下"，然后继续帮别的顾客做最后处理。 最后我直接把围裙脱掉，说不做了。做了这么多年头发，这是第一次被这样对待。做到一半把客人晾着去做其他客人，这样真的合理吗？ 我明白你们很忙，也理解需要兼顾客人。但如果真的忙不过来，是否可以让其他发型师接手？而不是理所当然地把一个正在进行中的客人晾在一旁。 忙不是问题，被忽视才是问题。

If there is negative star, I will definitely put it. This shop is a fraud, made an appointment 2 days before the actual day. When I arrived the shop, they told me that I have to wait cause there are a lot of people walk in? My question will be, why am I making appointment if I have to wait for those walk in people to be done? This is not hospital/clinics that I have to wait despite making appointment, even medical services require me to wait <5mins due to my appointment. Then, one of the staff told me to wait for an hour and half, despite making appointment? Please don't overpromise if you can't do business. just say you can't. There are plenty of saloon in the area that are much better service than you. Then there is this staff with golden hair, he was very rude to us. Exactly the same review below me, rude and a fraud. He also badmouth of us in front of us as if we can't hear what he said.

I've been getting my haircuts at this salon for over a year now, ever since they first opened. I'm always very satisfied with their haircut services, and I really appreciate the helpful hairstyle suggestions they often give me. Most importantly, their prices are very reasonable and have remained consistent over time. Highly recommend this place!

waiting for nothing! As already make appointment before coming, still need to wait more than one and a half hour with no notified. the reason we make appointment is not for us to wait such as long time, 15min still can accept but more then 1 hour! No manners somemore! Never come again!!!!
