I was looking for a moisturizing hair treatment for my dry blonde highlights and ended up getting a whole lot more of a professional, relaxing and pampering experience than I had expected! ChatGPT suggested MasterPiece as experts in hair treatment. After messaging back and forth a bit on options with the friendly, quick, responsive and knowledgeable team, I did a walk-in for a further consultation and opted for the Palm Luxe treatment. MasterPiece really focuses on providing a pampering salon experience. Their elegant deco, well-chosen furniture and spacious design create a calm environment that entices the senses and makes you feel like you are the centre of their focus even with other people comfortably around. My treatment came not just with excellent products for achieving my desired hair outcome (shiny, anti-frizz, hydrated), but also saw me relaxing on a massage chair working on my back and shoulders while the hair therapist massaged my head and applied various different treatment steps. The experience ended with a lovely pot of tea and delicious dessert. I felt truly taken care of and left feeling refreshed and peaceful. Highly recommend this place for a break from our busy day-to-day and stress relief. Lean back, close your eyes, and just enjoy.

The environment here is really nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly and provide very good service. The head spa was very relaxing and comfortable, and the massage was done really well too. I truly enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended for everyone to come and try!

I’ve actually been here a few times for hair washes. Hair wash is good the first few times but recently I went back new staff was not trained well, it was unorganised. Which is fine, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. did a root perm and my hair has crevices everywhere on the top like a dented line because of the root perm which I pointed out however she said it’s because it’s not blown yet or styled. I don’t know how many people she told that to and got away with it but I’ve done root perm in Korea before and it was smooth no crevices no dents, doesn’t sit weird and does not look like this. So now I’m forced to blow out this dent in my hair everyday. I didn’t know what to say I just nodded said ok, paid and left. Sorry, but other than that, decor is pretty. Go for a hair wash at best but don’t bother with their perms.

Had my very first experience at this hair spa salon, and I’m honestly blown away, 1000/10! From the moment I stepped in, everything felt so welcoming. The drinks and cakes were superb! Attended by Alice, who was absolutely great, super friendly, gentle, and made the whole experience even better. The treatment was fantastic. The massage, hot stone, and the "waterfall" part (I think that’s what it’s called!) were so relaxing. The environment was cozy and peaceful. Definitely the best hair spa in Miri! Just one small suggestion, The bed could be a little more comfortable around the neck area. I felt a bit stiff after lying down for an hour. Also, the scalp scanning machine was such a cool feature. It really opened my eyes to how much care my scalp and hair actually need 😅

Highly recommended by my friend to come here for hair wash + aromatherapy massage. Came here twice and extremely happy with the service, very pampering and relaxing! Service and massage is on point. They do use essential oils for massaging so it’s extremely relaxing! They can be very busy an best is to book ahead!
