补色的服务不是很好，员工染出来的颜色很丑。颜色严重不均匀，有色差并且和我在选颜色时看到的完全不一样。颜色有点显老，头顶的颜色和发尾完全不同而且也没有遮到之前的黄色。

I had a great experience here. The director gave me a great layered haircut. He also designed a beautiful hair color for me. The staff also provided very careful scalp therapy and hair yreatment services. Although I stayed for nearly six hours, the final effect did not disappoint me. It was all worth it. Thank you Hendry and the team. I hope to see you next time I come back to Miri.

I have had a very unfortunate experience with this hair saloon. Inquired upfront to ask if appointment is needed or can go by walk in. Was advised to do appointment, but after waiting in an empty saloon 50min on weekend morning still not see the hairdresser around and have to leave. Would never visit again.

Mediocre and frankly outdated hair cut styling. I was given an awkward top heavy ‘2 layer haircut’ when requested for layered look. Had to fix at another salon. Foil highlights were presented as balayage. Prices are comparable to big cities boutique salons but unfortunately not reflected in the final outcome.

If your hair is very damaged, Hendry will give the best advice, And make sure the hair is not damaged again.Hendry hair salon is the best and the most professional keratin service and effect.
