The space is open with good vibes, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Upon arrival, I was offered a good selection of beverages and picked a tea. I did my haircut and colour with Jack. My hair was grown out & tired-looking, and he refreshed it nicely. I've not dyed my hair because I'm always worried about picking the wrong shade. Jack chose a colour that turned out really flattering. His haircut skills are solid, and what I appreciate most is how genuinely humble he is about his work. Do book in advance as he's very popular. Highly recommend this place!

I had a haircut and blue balayage done by Jack, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was attentive from start to finish, taking the time to understand what I wanted and offering helpful suggestions that suited my hair type. Jack is very professional and experienced — especially when it comes to cutting curly hair, which can be tricky. Jack is the only one I found that can cut my curls nicely. He shaped my curls beautifully, giving them definition without losing length. The blue balayage colour turned out vibrant yet beautifully blended, adding the perfect pop of colour while still looking stylish and well-balanced (which was what I wanted). Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Jack if you’re looking for someone skilled, professional, and confident with curly hair!

Had such an amazing experience with Jack! He’s so nice, professional, and really knows his craft. He gave me thoughtful, honest recommendations on layers, colours, and shape. I went in expecting a quick cut and maintenance trim, but I left with my actual dream hair — long, layered hair that frames my face. A huge switch up from my old boring long thick hair. I’m genuinely obsessed with the result and will definitely be coming back to see Jack again — even though I’m from Singapore and he’s based in KL. That should say everything. Thank you, Jack!

Jack truly went above and beyond. I initially went there to do a permanent curl, but he took the time to patiently consult me and recommend what was best for my hair. He managed to enhance my natural curls through treatment and layered cut without using any chemicals, which I really appreciated. Professional, honest, and attentive service.

This was my second time here with Elaine as my stylist, I asked for a himecut + light pink highlights. The results were amazing and Elaine managed to provide good insights and explanations and recommendations beforehand! The staff were so welcoming as welll! Will come again in the future

Had an appointment with Leon Tan, the Branch Manager at 3pm. Came in early and accommodated for me to come in a bit earlier. The atmosphere of the salon is very comfortable and it is very spacious. They had a variety of drinks to have whilst waiting and was overall a very friendly service. Leon understood exactly what I wanted for my cut and delivered to near perfection. He was very professional and also friendly like the other staff. They also did not add on extra price for additional "services" which was a breath of fresh air, which shows that they won’t actively try to scam you. Overall, the ISETAN Lot 10 Branch of Number76 is an easy 5 star rating. I will most definitely be coming back here as my regular salon. The prices are honestly not that bad either, especially given the quality of the service and the hospitality
