Edit: increased to two stars because Dennis saved my hair before a wedding I was attending. It was frustrating having to re-go to the salon, but they offered a free fix and treatment and seemed to genuinely want to rectify the situation. If you can have Dennis do your coloring, my hair now looks exactly as requested. Would honestly leave zero stars if I could. I asked for dark red hair and while I understand that previously bleached hair can make things more difficult, that doesn’t account for a completely different tone than what I requested AND an entire spot missed during the bleaching process, especially from someone who is meant to be a director stylist. I came in with reference photos of a deep cherry red and left with a bright, almost neon red. Those are not the same color. I also agreed to skip dyeing the roots to protect my scalp, but what was left untouched was way more than just roots. Seeing a customer who is obviously unhappy and telling them their hair is dark so they can "just mix" the colors is frustrating and honestly insulting. All of this for 478 MYR?!? I don’t recommend letting Karman do any color work on your hair. Save yourself the annoyance of having to go buy box dye to fix it yourself.

Definitely coming back next time I’m in KL! Really good prices for a very high quality haircut and professional experience. So so happy with my haircut

日本人のベテラン男性を予約指名。５分前入店するも担当が１５分席に現れない。対面後、少々お待ち下さいと席を離れること５回。帰ってくるたびに「今日はなんでしたっけ？」「前髪のカットとカラーをお願いします」の会話をループ。かつ、私のホームカラーへのダメ出しを偉そうに講釈して席を離れる。「ホントにカラーしますか？」「ホントにいいんですね？」を繰り返され終始イライラ。同じ会話の繰り返しでなにもせず１時間経過。ようやくパッチテストが始まり、アシスタントの方が来て髪の一部を染める。この時点で爆発寸前。帰ってきた男性が一言、「ホントにカラーやりますか？」。「あ、じゃぁやめますね」って言ってアシスタントさんに髪洗ってもらい席を立ちました。「パッチテスト代だけRM50お願いします」とだけ言われ呆れてものが言えなかった。滞在1時間30分でパッチテストのみRM50支払いしたからレジのネイルのお姉さんが心配して「どうしました？」って聞いてくれたけどなんでもないですって答えて帰りました。 この男性は、長く勤めてるトップスタイリストのようで私が滞在してる間６席を担当してました。他の席に行くたびに注文を忘れて戻り、今日なんでしたっけ？からホームカラーのダメ出しをループしてたので私を怒らせたいのかな？って疑問でした。この店舗の予約システムが酷いことと、美容師のキャパオーバーで客に迷惑かけてることにどうか気がついてほしい。ずっと通ってた美容室だったから本当に残念で二度と行きません。 前に担当してた方は帰国、その次の方はちょうど旅行休暇中で私がどうしても髪を整えなきゃいけない用事があったのでイレギュラーで担当していただいた男性でした。

Recently got my hair coloured and cut at this Salon. The colouring was very well done, evenly applied, and I can’t believe it was done with no bleach! Thank you also, to Jack for cutting my hair. You gave it some nice layers.

Unfortunately, the hair wash and massage service did not meet expectations. The massage quality was weak and unprofessional, making the service overpriced for what was provided. I was told that I would be served by the director; however, only two junior staff handled the hair washing and blow-drying. The director only came briefly to apply hair oil. This was misleading and disappointing, given the price paid.

Ma fille et moi avons eu une belle expérience dans ce salon situé au premier étage du Lot10. Le salon est accessible de l'extérieur, par la rue, par un escalier ou un ascenseur. Prise de rendez-vous et confirmation par message. On vous acceuil en vous proposant une boisson chaude. L'ensemble du personnel est très aimable et professionnel. Le salon est propre. Il y a une salle privé pour celles qui en ont le besoin. Dennis a su parfaitement répondre à nos attentes. Une bonne adresse !

I had a haircut with Jyi and she understood what I wanted - I am very satisfied with the result 🙂 thank you! Also the hair washing prior to the haircut was amazing (I am sorry I didn’t ask the name of the young man who did it but big thanks to him too!).
