Bobbys fair and lovely

I visited the Andalas branch for the Diamond Facial package, and it was my very first experience at a beauty centre. From the moment I arrived, the owner, Bobby, made me feel completely at ease. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain the treatments recommended for my skin. What I truly appreciated was that her suggestions were based on my actual needs, without any hard selling, which made the experience very comfortable and trustworthy. The staff member who attended to me, Aman, was excellent at her work. Even if you’re not particularly into facials, I highly recommend coming here just for the shoulder and back massage — she is absolutely amazing at it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning and would happily recommend this place to others.

Honestly, my first time facial here was pretty unsatisfactory, since I went few days before Deepavali so you can't expect a super good facial. However, I decided to give it another shot by going today (18th Apr, 2025 - Friday), and I was really satisfied with the facial done. The lady by the name Pooja, literally took her time in doing the entire facial, loveeeeee the face massage and towards the end was the express back massage due to laying down for about 1.5hrs. Yes, it was supposedly 1hr 15mins facial session, but it went up to 1.5hrs. If it's not for the pricing, would consider dropping by for monthly facial 🫠 but will consider bi-monthly basis/quarterly basis. Happy customer today doing Gold Facial ✨

I always come here for waxing and threading very good service by all the girls there and especially vishalini, affordable price an service always

I went for a Gold Lift facial, eyebrow threading, and full-face waxing, and Manpreet attended to me at the Meru branch. She did an outstanding job..every detail was handled with so much care and precision. It was a full two hours of pampering for my face and neck, and I left feeling incredibly satisfied and refreshed. Highly recommended! 💖✨🦋😘

Hi, I always goes to Bobby Klang Parade for threading and Manpreet Kaur did an excellent job with my eyebrow threading. I’m very happy with her work.

Had a lovely experience here. My mum and I got facials done and my skin felt soo good afterwards. Even did eyebrow waxing which was done really well. The staffs are very friendly and will ask you if you are alright and accommodate to your needs. Definitely would recommend making appointments for facial beforehand to avoid unnecessary waiting times. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back 💕

Very good service for pedicure and eyebrow threading by kuri and maroh. Highly recommended! ✨
