I've been a loyal customer of this salon for many years. The service is consistently outstanding, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. The staff are professional, skilled, and always go above and beyond to ensure I leave feeling refreshed and confident. Whether it's a haircut, hair styling or treatment, they listen carefully to what I want and deliver flawless results every time. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. This salon is more than just a place for beauty—it's a place I trust and truly enjoy coming back to. Thank you for years of amazing service!

Worst experience. I just wanted a quick wash and blow, with a light trim on my dead ends, nothing more. But he didn’t listen, at all. No blow-dry, just went straight to using the iron. And then, he trimmed my thick hair down to something very thin and short. Forced me to do his treatments and try out his products. I told him so many times: "I don’t want it short or thinned out." Yet he ignored me completely. Too much of ego and all he kept saying was, "Saya tahu la, sudah 20 tahun potong rambut, saya tahu buat apa" as if it's his hair... Well, for the first time, I truly understood: years of experience don’t necessarily mean skill or respect. His ego got in the way of listening, and I’m the one left with the consequences. He kept condemning other salons, saying the stylists there are young and know nothing. But little did he know those same young stylists do an amazing job. They listen patiently, respect what the client wants, and most importantly, don’t let ego get in the way.

I have been coming here for years. Each time am always given choices of different haircuts and treatments to maintain my hair. Prices are fair too in my personal opinion. Will recommend anyone to give a try!
