I had an amazing experience at Toyako Hair Salon! My stylist, Cedric Lai, is incredibly skilled and attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a result even better than I imagined. The cut, styling, and overall care were perfect. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Cedric if you want someone who truly knows how to bring out the best in your hair!

First time trying a hair spa and got intrigued by their use of soda water for part of the treatment. The staff are nice and friendly and didn’t try to upsell me when I enquired about the service. Overall a very relaxing experience. Love that I was put in a massage chair for the hair wash. Will definitely come back again!

I did the waterfall treatment. It was so good! Made me sleep soundly. Once done, my scalp felt so clean. I am also informed of my scalp condition and will be more aware of the type of hair care to look out for.

Walked in the night before and booked a Director’s Cut with Cedric the next day — and it turned out to be a wonderful experience! Cedric started with a scalp scan and recommended a deep cleansing treatment, which was spot-on. The entire process was super comfortable — think scalp massage on a massage chair, soft background music, and best of all, the lady who did the treatment didn’t make any small talk. Perfect for introverts like me! 😆 Cedric was very attentive and genuinely listened to my requests. I’ve always struggled to find a stylist who could get my side bangs right, but Cedric absolutely nailed it — something not every salon has been able to achieve. He clearly has a real passion for hairstyling and made sure I left the salon happy. He even went the extra mile to curl my hair, even though it wasn’t part of the package we paid for. The overall vibe of the shop is sincere and welcoming, with no hard selling at all. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!
