The hairstylist here is amazing! Very skilled and meticulous — the haircut looks natural and stylish every time. Excellent technique and friendly service. Highly recommended!

First timer coming to alpha hair saloon and had my hair cut by Galvin.he was very patient in asking what I had preferred. He also suggested tips and what my hair type was etc. quite a comfortable experience for someone who doesn’t visit salons often to get my hair done. Suggest to pre-book the appointment before going. Visited on 28 October 2025, Tuesday morning. I’ve been to this salon about 4-5 times now, and I really love it! The service is always great, and I always leave very happy and satisfied with my haircut. I highly recommend Galvin as a hair stylist. He’s very friendly, patient, listen carefully, is gentle, and always checks to make sure he understands what the customer wants.

pic 1: the photo I showed the stylist pic 2: how my hair turned out alarm bells should have started ringing when they quoted a price, 518RM, that was much lower than other salons in the mall for cut+bleach+highlight. But the senior stylist, galvin, seemed so professional and trustworthy that I gave in to my cheapskate tendencies and agreed to this. It turns out that galvin barely even touched my hair and everything was done by a trainee/junior stylist pros: the haircut was good and the junior stylist was very meticulous and gentle with my hair. He was also very careful and meticulous when sectioning my hair for the highlights. He lowkey cut my bangs crooked though cons: I asked for ash grey highlights so I have no idea how it turned out brown?? Make it make sense??? Right after colouring, my hair was very dark but the junior stylist assured me that it would fade to ash grey after a few washes. I bleached my hair twice so it shouldn’t be that my hair isn’t light enough so maybe it’s the colour mixing? I badly wanted to trust the process but as you can see from the photo taken about a month after it’s not grey at all.

Galvin has been my trusted hairstylist for over ten years. I entrust entirely to him my hair colouring and trimming as well as scalp and hair treatments. He is very professional, meticulous and does his best. I am always pleased with the outcome each time I visit Alpha Salon. I highly recommend a visit to the Salon.

Alpha Hair Salon have never fail to deliver hair coloring and hair cut to my liking. Always walking out with full confidence after a visit to this salon. Will be back again.

Love love love the experience! Though i was rushing for time, they did an excellent job to my hair and im loving it so much! Highly recommended! All the hairstylists were so polite and so nice! Will definitely come back❣️
