Trying a new salon usually makes me anxious, but Rebuild Salon immediately made me feel right at home. The stylists were incredible—they nailed the color recommendation, addressed my hair concerns, and even taught me how to style my parting. Such a wonderful, personalised experience for me. Thank you also for the delicious drink. Looking forward to my next visit! 💁🏻‍♀️

I’m impressed by this salon—a thoughtful combination of a hair studio and a coffee space. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and even as the only customer, I never felt awkward. I had a great conversation with Fiona and Cleo. Fiona has a unique approach to styling each client, and the result was excellent (for once, I didn’t feel like tearing up when I walked out!). I’m already looking forward to coming back for my scalp-care treatment next time.

I’ve lived in Bintulu for almost 3 years now but this is actually my first time trying out a hair salon here and I am really lucky to found this place! It has one of the best service ever! I love the fact that my stylist knows what she’s doing and also she gave great advice on hair care. Recommended and I’m definitely coming again next time perhaps for a balayage or treatment

I had a wonderful experience here. The service was excellent—the hairstylist was very friendly and easy to talk to, while the assistant was gentle and caring. I also appreciated the professional advice given for my haircut. Will definitely come back again!

Amazing service! The staff were friendly and shared plenty of helpful hair care tips. The final haircut turned out exactly as requested and matched what was shown. There’s also a café on-site, and the drinks are really nice. Absolutely love it!
