Branch Kuching service memang disappointing. Pekerja perempuan sidak langsung sik professional, depan customer pun boleh beloya dan menyumpah. Itu basic attitude pun sik jaga. Kmk datang for hair wash and cut bayar full. Tapi masa cuci rambut ,kuku nang panjang sampe scalp sakit. Rasa macam bukan cuci, tapi menggores. Salon lain kmk pergi semua pakai fingertip, lembut dan proper. Tok masih pakai kuku, walaupun kmk dah clearly tunjuk discomfort.Yang buat lagi teruk, langsung sikda apology. Reaction customer diabaikan. Haircut pun sik kemas. Hairline sik di align properly , bila sisir sendiri kat rumah terus nampak senget. Itu bukan minor mistake ,itu kerja sik teliti.Balik rumah scalp pedih dan naik keruping sebab luka. Dari nak selfcare lalu jd problem. Overall nang poor service dari segi skill dan attitude. Tiktok review kedak gempak tapi hampeh reality.Harap management improve hygiene standard, especially pasal kuku, and train staff on basic customer handling.

Visited this salon at the Kuching branch for the first time and honestly, I’m really impressed. Came in just for a haircut, but the owner noticed my scalp wasn’t in good condition and suggested a scalp treatment instead. Thanks for saving my scalp! 🥰 Also shoutout to Shasha the hairstylist! she did a great job and made sure my hair was cut nicely and in good shape ✨ Will definitely come back again.

Had a bad experience at Orial Hair Salon Kuching. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I texted them before going, saying I might be 5 minutes late, and the staff replied, "Don’t be too late since you’re doing bleach and hair color," so obviously I thought everything was ready. But when I got there, she asked me to pick a hair color, and after I did, she just said, "Oh, the bleach is out of stock." Seriously? You should’ve checked your stock first before confirming any appointment. Such a waste of my time and money to go all the way there.

Recently visited this salon for a haircut and hair wash, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations at all especially for the RM90. I truly appreciated the hairstylist who cut my hair . She were skilled, friendly, and attentive but the hair wash experience was quite the opposite. The staff member who washed my hair was extremely rough, using long, sharp nails that left my scalp feeling sore and irritated. It felt rushed, and there was a noticeable lack of care and professionalism, especially when she was called over by her colleague who cut my hair with an unhappy expression on her face. It's disappointing to encounter such inconsistency in service. I came here after reading reviews and influencer recommendations, but the treatment differs for regular customers. This could have been a pleasant experience if all team members showed the same level of care as the hairstylist. I sincerely hope the management addresses this, as this salon has potential but only if every staff member upholds a standard of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, this was my first and most likely my last visit. Not recommended for hairwash if u want to pamper yourself with me-time lol. But the haircut probably worth the price.

not worth it bayar beratus tapi rambut hangus dan putus. 200+ saya berbayar tapi itulah hasil yg saya dapat. Sudah bincang tpi........

Not worth the visit to this place RM45 for a shave and he did a really bad job - not clean at all needs to learn how to use a blade.
