Absolutely loved my experience at Pika Nails! The nail specialists are incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented - every step was done with so much care, and it was 100% worth the time, especially for my big day. They’re also super friendly and genuinely warm, and I really appreciated how willing they were to share tips on how to care for my nails after. You can tell they truly care about both their work and their clients. Highly, highly recommend!

It's my first time visiting Pika Nails, but i really loved my experience here! The prices are reasonable and they were really sweet. Especially the nail artist that did my nails, she was such a sweet person who accepted all of my requests. Id love to revisit

First time doing gel nails with LeLe. I have super soft nails so was a bit worried. LeLe was very meticulous and detail oriented. She colour matched the inspiration picture super well! Nails look very neat and clean. Thank you LeLe!

Third time having my nails done here and they are the best!! My nails last so long and always look good even with growth. Staff is so nice and friendly too!!

Workmanship and gel quality are decent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I called to check for a gel removal and manicure slot this week (my previous set was done there in October). After asking whether I needed a nail design, the staff put me on hold, only to return and say there were no available slots until 9 December. If the schedule is fully booked, it would have been more honest to say so upfront rather than pretending to check. This experience reflects what others have mentioned in their reviews. They are extremely slow to respond to messages, and when I purchased a promo package, I only received confirmation after sending a frustrated follow-up. During my first appointment (a booked mani and pedi), I was told they had "booked wrongly" and only had one service slot available. I had taken the day off, so after insisting they honor the original booking, they agreed but only after some back and forth. There is no shortage of good nail salons today, and customer service is what keeps clients returning. I will no longer be a returning customer, and I’m glad I no longer have any packages with them.(Almost purchased during my last visit!)

Reached out to this nail shop to book an appointment during their working hours, but there was no response at all — even after more than 12 hours. This really shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. I saw so many good reviews and wanted to give them a try, but this experience was really disappointing. It even makes me wonder if those glowing reviews are real, or just written by friends of the owner. If this is how they treat customers before even stepping in the shop, I can only imagine how poor the actual service might be. Think twice before going here.

I had the best manicure and pedicure at Pika Nails. All the girls are lovely, friendly, and very welcoming. Xuan did my nails today and did an amazing job — her colour recommendation was spot on. The work was very neat with great attention to detail, and they really take their time, no rushed job at all. I’m always happy with the result. Highly recommend!
