Sommerset is the best place to get your nails and waxing done in KL. Stephy is incredible! She is extremely attentive and highly skilled. My nails came out even better than I could’ve imagined. I also appreciated how much she prioritised the health of my nails. Zing does a lovely pedicure. Finally, Michele is very patient and all-around lovely. It was the most pleasant waxing experience I’ve had in KL. Highly recommend!

Nov 2022: Visited Sommerset in their smaller new outlet just off Bangsar Telawi Street. The staff remain friendly and attentive. Ida did my pedicure which turned out fine. Hannah did my hands. However, no ginger tea and a bit of an error in the nail art that was done. My left hands nail art has a white smudge that goes across the nail that is stuck now. They said it's meant to be there... which I don't think is meant to be the case. The staff also said the white smudge couldn't be removed. The quality has dropped so I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 4 stars. I'm feeling a bit sad. Cause even if the staff is friendly, I come for quality nail service, not for acceptance of minor mistakes when we pay approx. RM200 to get the work done. June 2023: Michelle attended to me, painting my nails a beautiful violet-blue 😍 with a blue-silver sequin mix. The ginger tea was strong and lovely. I am seriously happy with how my nails turned out.
