Nana Nails Express @ Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

Last night my gf had her nails done at this shop. As you can see they did a very good job but I was horrified to hear that the entire time the therapist and fellow staff were gossiping in their Myanmar language in a negative way about my gf and also about other customers. About Their time to visit there shop their choice of nail design. Their choice of service . Nobody escaped their complaints. It’s unacceptable that the staff should be thinking it’s ok to chat in a negative way about any customer. Then smile to them and pretend they are happy to have customers in their shop. This is a very fake way to conduct one self. To the therapist you should know that my gf is always looking to appreciate service and provide a tip to show appreciation and make your day a pleasurable one. To the owner of this shop i suggest you have a staff meeting and remind them not to judge a book by its cover You can never know who your customer really is and how many languages they might now. This is seriously disappointing. We have tried maybe 20 different nail shops in kl and the quality of the workmanship is one of the best But this experience of negative gossip while smiling is the absolute worst 😳😳

Did cateye/chrome nails here and very satisfied with the result, i ended up getting the same style for my pedicure as well. Meeno assisted me and she was very thorough and helpful. Will be coming back for sure

customer service was great!! they did my mani and pedi concurrently, done within an hour 🤩 they have really comfortable cushioned chair for those who are doing mani, and even provided phone stand for me (without me asking for it), just because they saw me using my phone and wearing my airpods. paid RM270 for gel mani and pedi (RM230 was the usual price, paid an additional of RM40 for overlay on my mani). price was cheapest comparing with other nail salons in KL pavilion.

My wife did her nails here recently and I was disgusted to find out the Myanmar staffs were making fun on my wife in their language. Although their craftsmanship is amazing but their hospitality is questionable. Their hygiene is also poor because staff kept coughing in front of my wife without looking away. Please have a proper meeting with your staff’s professionalism.

Loved everything about my experience at Nana nails. Very warm welcome and lovely service from the girls. I am so happy with the result and they were very helpful in finding me a nude cat eye to match my skin tone. Professional and skillful, I’m sure they would be able to recreate any design you could want with ease.

Beautiful nail art, professional and fast. Had my nails done by Grace, and she did an amazing job .. especially love my rose design.
