The Nail Parlour

I was served by Angel. She was extremely pleasant, meticulous and gave a very relaxing arm and calf massage as well. I recommend the complete lavender package. My feet and hands have never been so clean and relaxed and sweet smelling. Thank you Angel for your wonderful service and gracious smile. Highly recommend. Please make reservations in advance if you want to try.

Had two great visits at Nail Pallor (Pavilion KL) on separate occasions, once with Antonette and once with Angle. Both were friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. I did a mani and pedi, plus the lavender scrub, and they took the time to make sure everything looked perfect with a clean, polished finish. Super happy with the results both times, and I’d recommend everyone to drop by.

갑자기 파빌리온몰에 오게 돠었는데 맨날 쪼리 신고 덜아다니니까 발이 너무 지저분해서 급패디큐어를 하게 되었는데 예약 없이도 할 수 있어서 행운이었는데Alisha라는 분이 너무 너무 상냥하도 친절하게 잘 해주시고 젤네일도 정성껏 해주셔서 완전 매우 만족~~ 발이 너무 건조하다며 촉촉하게 발도 관리 해 주셔서 너무 만족스럽고 감사하기까지 했습니다. 우리 나라에서는 이 금액이 이 정도 대우는 어려울 것 같은데.. 감동입니다~^^

I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife, who refuses to type because she doesn’t want to mess up her freshly perfected nails! Alysha at the nail parlour in Pavilion Mall was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly detailed, patient, and took her time to make sure every single nail was flawless. Her precision and care really show in the final result – my wife’s nails have never looked better. Alysha made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make sure your nails are perfect, I highly recommend booking with her. My wife is beyond thrilled with the results, and I can’t thank Alysha enough for her incredible service!

Angel did a very good job with her customer service, did very well with her communications and easily had friendly relations with her.. makes me feel at ease knowing that things will be done really comfortably. Will come back if can next time sister!

I was served by staff Alice (Myanmmar) for both hand and foot massage. From my understanding- moisturiser should be given at the last step after trimming, buffering of nails but instead I was given that first which was very different from my friend who was attended by Angel. Quite meticulous in the way she did but can be quite rough at times. At one point, she used the gel box to put my feet on top to scrub instead of using a proper equipment for it There’s slight cut over my left thumb but she did apply medicine for it which I appreciate. To come again to this establishment- honestly, 50/50. Friendly staffs?- Yes. I would say that they need to brush up on their skills and sing the same tune.
