2nd time doing manicure here, love the service by Celine. Price is reasonable for overlay+design. 1 yr Membership is around 5SGD, quite worth as I can enjoy 10% off every visit.

The herbal hair wash service was terrible. My spouse and I booked a 1-hour session, and it was the first time I’ve seen a salon let customers lie under the water spray for 30 minutes before doing a quick, careless wash. The staff kept using their phones instead of focusing on the service. I hope the owner will make some changes and personally experience what it’s like at their own salon. No one can accept paying for a 1-hour package only to spend 30 minutes lying under running water like this.

Visited Austin Branch for Gel Extension and Gel Pedicure. This place has instantly became my top favourite nail place. I’ve been doing nails for donkey years and I’d say that this place is amazing. I would rate it 10000/10 if I could. Service was amazing, my manicurist-Pei Ni was extremely detailed in her work, she was patient about me choosing my colours too. My pedicure was done by a Myanmar staff, due to language barrier I didn’t get her name, she was very gentle with my feet. My friend did gel pedicure with - Eng Xi She was gentle, kind and accommodating to her request. Great promotion, Great staffs, Quiet and clean ambience. Would definitely come again ⭐️

My wife and I recently visited this nail salon, and we were blown away by the exceptional service and expertise we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcomed. Angela, in particular, stood out with her wealth of knowledge and passion for nail care. She took the time to provide us with valuable suggestions on how to care for our nails, which we greatly appreciated. The pregnant nail technician who attended to us did an outstanding job. She worked meticulously and with great care, ensuring that our nails were perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for their top-notch service. A huge thank you to Angela and the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a five-star nail care experience!

This is such a disappointment by wasting my time there for my pedicure @ Austin outlet. NOT WELCOMING AT ALL , not even passing any colour to choose or ask about any specific designs …. I was there at 1.15pm today for my appointment but it was a bad one , if u guys can see my attached pic the first one was my before pedicure and second was after. For me it’s not worth it , there is no changes at all by doing this ! I went there especially to make my feet done nicely. Not a recommended place to have a nice one. There’s more places with friendly ppl who can make for u a nicer ones. Who attended to me was a Myanmar girl who don’t even understand a single word that I’m saying, language barrier. meantime the Chinese lady who was beside doing for another Chinese customer also ignore my questions. This is also not a friendly place also. Good luck guys!

There's gaps in the top part of my nails, it looks as if I did them few days ago but it was only done 30 minutes ago. The gel is uneven, there's bubbles/hard dots on 3 of my nails. I did in the KSL branch. I sent then my pictures and they agreed to redo my nails for free the purple coloured, but I asked for a different branch (holiday plaza) Angela redid my nails and added nail hardener for free.
