Fairy Nail

Had a lovely experience at Fairy Nails today. Though being extremely busy with walk in customers waiting outside. They attended to me immediately though I was a little late for my appointment. As there were no staff available at the moment, the boss/manager started removing my nails for me until they got another staff down from their sister store. Removal was great as there it was not painful and didn't 'burn' at all. They maintained a bit of my overlay from previously and didn't thin out my nails. The staff (her name is Ruyi 😊) was super gentle and was so intricate with every step. Though she looks young, she seemed very experienced! Lastly, she was quick but still managed to do a great job. I've had my nails done a countless time, so trust me when I say the nails are of GREAT quality. Would definitely come back another day! UPDATE: the nails lasted me 3 months with no lifting or chipping 😨

This was my first time at this shop, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The application process was really fast, which at first seemed like a good thing, but the quality didn’t hold up. For example, after finishing my nails, the topcoat wasn’t applied thoroughly. Because of that, one of the bows on my nails broke the same night, and many of the gems fell off within the first week. What made it worse was that my friend, who got her nails done at their sister location, had a much more complicated design, yet her nails stayed perfect, while mine looked tacky and didn’t last. There were also small mistakes during the process that weren’t fixed, which was frustrating. On top of that, the acrylic nails they applied actually damaged my natural nails. Two of them started to fall off, leaving bad discoloration, and when I went to another salon to get them removed, they told me the fake nails already had cracks in them. The acrylic also wasn’t blended properly with my natural nails, which left a very obvious separation near the cuticle. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the final results. As you can see, the inspo pic, the nail length and shape also differs :/ I think they could do much better with their technique and quality control, especially compared to other salons I’ve been to

Not a good experience, the lady had a bad attitude, showed a picture of the colour I wanted, then she applied, i told her I want something darker and she said "this is the photo you showed me" and afterwards I asked her how much is the diamond charm, she didn’t even bother to reply, only after she done with her stuffs then she reply me. She also never tell me cateye add 20, did hand and feet for 228 total, super not worth it. 黑店 don’t come

I did my manicure and pedicure on 13/2/2026. Today, 17/2/2026 (the first day of CNY), I noticed that the gel on my big toe started lifting and peeled off. It was still wet inside even after a few days. I have done many pedicures before, but this is the first time this has happened. I am very disappointed, especially during CNY.

(I was not asked to leave a review) my technician at Fairy Nail did a great job. This might have been the only pain-free manicure of my life haha. I had extensions + gel + chrome and paid a total of 170RM. They take credit cards, QR code payment and cash. Will definitely be back!

I went in for gelish removal and nail trimming. A lady with black glasses asked if I wanted a nail spa, and I said no. After the removal was done, she told me that if I didn’t do the spa, she couldn’t trim my nails. I was quite shocked, as I wasn’t informed earlier that nail trimming was only included with the spa. This wasn’t clearly explained upfront. It was quite surprising and disappointing. She could have told me clearly and i would definitely agree in doing so. She also seemed quite rushed during the service, and the gel removal was not done well.

I did my nails about a month ago, it’s lasting really well ^^ the pics are: a few days after, the reference, and one month later. I asked for jelly nails, did classic gel top up hardener was like 80rmb if I remember correctly? They were super speedy too! Did it in 30 minutes or maybe less…it was a blonde lady who helped me, she made the nails really pretty
