I would like to rate zero star but unfortunately there’s no such option. I had the worst spa experience in my life. My mom and I went to get the traditional Chinese massage. The price is on the high side but since it’s offered by a hotel, we are willing to give it a try. The services are totally unacceptable. The ladies treat us like dead bodies and used their full power on us. We shouted and complained about our pain, we receive no response, not a single "ok" or "sorry", just silent, we are like two monkeys shouting in the spa room for nothing. I tried to move my body due to pain, the lady just force me to stay and she just continued to enjoy her "massaging" me. In the end we end up having whole body ache.

Firstly, the massage was way too strong. Foot massage costs rm180 per person for one hour, which is overpriced for the massage and services. They even included the 15mins of foot soaking as part of that hour. When we told them it was painful, they didn't ease up at all. The used gloves and didn't apply enough essential oil, just kept rubbing hard. As a result, my legs were bruised the next day, moreover, my legs and back hurt so much whenever I walks. Really disappointed for all the experience.

If you go for massages regularly and know a bit about them, you’ll notice that the standard really varies between therapists. It’s not cheap, and it’s not worth it if you end up with someone who isn’t good.

Die Massage war sehr gut. Man hat gemerkt das die Dame ihr Handwerk gelernt hat. Sie hat verschiedene Akkupressur Punkte behandelt und den Druck variiert.

Tempat sangat terasa aman dan damai, pemandangan sangat mengasyikkan.

Was given 1 free spa for my stay at the haven. So I went with my husband for aromatherapy massage. Per person, the normal price was rm186. It was extremely overpriced for the service provided. The massage was so-so, environment was so-so too. Dont even know how to describe my disappointment. Will never return even if it was given for free
