Sincera were fabulous right from first WhatsApp contact, very informative, friendly and professional. I had a full body massage & scrub with Penny and it was honestly the most incredible massage I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). She got all the right spots and pressure as if by magic! Such a wonderful experience all round. All the team were so friendly and welcoming. My sister had a new facial treatment through which she was thoughtfully guided. Sincera even got in touch the next day to check we hadn't experienced any adverse reactions! Highly recommend all round.

I researched beauty salons to have facials from London as I was making a trip to Ipoh and found Sincera. They were very quick and efficient in replying my WhatsApp questions and had answers to all of my enquiries. I booked a consultation from London. They went through the different treatments available and explained everything with great knowledge, I felt that I was in good hands. I had a relaxing and rejuvenating anti age treatment that I was very happy with. I will definitely be a returning customer. The price was very reasonable for the treatment that I had and the time involved. My beauty technician, Sheryn, took the time to explain what she was about to do, I would highly recommend her.

Got my eyelash lift here 3 days ago. Service was amazing & nice ambience. After the eyelash lifting I received a free spoolie to brush & maintain my lashes. Loved it! Overall a great & relaxing experience. Will definitely come back again. Recommended 💯

Visited this shop for a hair scalp treatment, and I’m really satisfied with the whole experience. My consultant, Kelly, who was also the one doing my treatment, was very professional and kind. She explained everything clearly, from my scalp condition to each step of the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Also really appreciate that each customer gets a private room, which helps avoid any awkwardness — especially for someone like me who’s a bit more of an "I" person 🤣🤣 The treatment itself was done carefully, and I could really feel the difference afterward.
