Came here for henna and underarm wax. The waxing experience was fine, but henna was pretty disappointing :/ It’s my first time coming to this place and the manager (didn’t get her name) was the one that did the henna for me on a makeshift bench at the front, instead of on the actual station done by her employees. We started off my discussing the design and price and settled on rm20 for each hand and she mentioned in passing that the design i wanted would be around rm35. The process went by a bit too quickly and i could see that she was obviously rushing and just wanted to get it over with. I didn’t realise just how bad the work was until on the way home, i could see how wonky and careless it looked. I understand that the price was lower than usual and there were customers waiting, but this isn’t worth the total of rm40. The staff were nice, however i won’t be coming back here for henna again.

Encountered Beautiful Me by chance. Didn’t know that there’s a threading place near USJ Taipan. Pawan was a knowledgeable therapist. Since i got breakouts on my face, she adviced me to do face waxing and combined with threading to reduce pain and redness. Her service was extremely eficient, and very detail. Happy customer i am.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WHATEVER YOU DO NEVER GET A HAIR CUT!This place, give me the worst possible haircut of my life! I have always kept my hair longer than my waist and got long layers so it didn’t affect my length whatsoever I will attach pictures for reference Today I asked for a layer cut, which I have always gotten since a few years! But the woman named hasan took half of my head’s hair and cut it till my shoulders! She didn’t even for once ask! She did however, she wanted to like she knew it all. The first two pictures are my pictures with long hair The last picture is how it looks now!

My first visit to this shop for a manicure, and I must say—Pawan, girl, you are truly exceptional at your skills and at what you do! 💖 She was so gentle and calm throughout the session, making sure my nails turned out absolutely beautiful. Loved it! My gel polish lasted nearly a month—I’m honestly surprised 😄 The ambience is also incredibly calming and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.
