SHA BEAUTY EMPIRE

I had a disappointing experience with my leg waxing. I went in for a wax, but they didn’t do a thorough job, there were still a lot of hairs left on my legs. They used cold wax, but instead of applying it cold, they tried to heat it up. On top of that, they agreed to do a Brazilian wax even though they didn’t have hard wax in the shop so I just my self not brave to do Brazilian, which is essential for that service. The next day, my legs had black spots, likely from the poor quality of the wax they used. Overall, they need to improve their knowledge of waxing techniques and using quality wax.

Friendly and experienced staff, had a great time here. The outcome was good. Will come back here next time

Very good service, Recommend.

Good service Price ade products also good fully suppor ,,,,,🤗

Manicure and pedicure service was awesome

I’m really disappointed with the service. The hair wash was not done properly — it felt rushed and careless. After the wash, my hair was not dried properly, and even the combing was not done in a proper way. Nothing was handled professionally, and overall it felt like no effort was put in. The hair wash cost RM40, which is definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the staff were not polite and did not communicate respectfully with customers. Very poor service experience. I would not recommend this place.
