Adv: 1. Location strategic and easy to find parking. 2. Staff very friendly 3. Got muslimah room and quite cozy Cons: 1. Certain staff still lack of technical skill because I can feel they not quite confident in many ways. 2. Used practical student to become a stylist. I know they need to gain experience but should be ask customer preference first which stylist they want. So i don’t think the price reflects the quality of the service. 3. Disappointed by the quality of the materials used because the chemical for scalp and keratin treatment too strong which affected the overall experience and results. 4. I don’t think the price reflects the quality of the service. In larger cities, you can find salons using well-known, branded products for the same price, so I expected better quality here. 5. Also there were quite a few practical students in the hallway, joking around among each other in front of customers. It was a bit unprofessional and took away from the overall atmosphere of the salon. If they want, they should do in a private room.
