I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to salons and rarely leave reviews, but Elson was honestly great! He’s really patient and understood exactly what kind of hairstyle I wanted. Super happy with the result — will definitely come back next time!👍🏻

I visited this salon for a simple wash and blow. The staff initially quoted one price, then charged more at checkout—never telling me about any difference in fees beforehand. When I questioned it, the worker rudely said I "didn’t ask," which is no way to treat a customer. On top of that, I told him three times I wanted to remain seated during the wash, but he kept insisting I lie down instead, completely dismissing my preference. When I raised the issue of the unexpected charges afterward, he became defensive and argumentative rather than handling it politely. Overall, the lack of transparency and disregard for customer comfort was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who expects honest pricing and professional service.

I asked him before I went In made sure he can cut for children. But end up messing my daughters hair, uneven & to correct it he kept trimming till so short . worst hairstylist for children . Totally disappointing

I’ve been a loyal & regular customer since 2016 and has never gone to any other salon since I know Elson. He is the only hairstylist who knows how to work my thick unmanageable hair & I always walk out of the salon feeling gorgeous! He is very committed & definitely someone who personalizes his services based on your hair type & needs. Gives you sound advices to what suits you best too. Customer service 200% guaranteed awesome. Red. Love your service. Elson was so impressive with his knowledge and experience of colour, I felt safe even though it was a huge change for me. Would highly recommend this salon and Elson to anyone wanting an easier transition in their journey to grey or white in my case. Is really worth to what i had paid. I will be recommending to all my friends for sure ❤️

Friendly and good service and advice. After dying hair and washing it, the colour doesn't run out and it is quite long lasting. You may need to wait your turn and it may take a while to get your hair done, so do make an appointment beforehand and enquire how long it'll take.

Going for korea perm+cut+treatment and the asking price is rm363. The whole process taking 4hrs. okay nvm i just want my hairstyle come what I want. but at the end, my hair just look like do nth and straight, just cutting shape only. I feel bad and asking for it. But he said because of my soft and thin hair that they cant support the curl. But if cant do, why u didnt say it out before the process! He said he will tell me next time! And what to do?! the finally hairstyle just a verysimple cutting hair look, and it cost rm363 and waste me 4hrs!! If u just want a simple cutting, yes! they are professional! but pls consider 1st if u want to do perming.
