Worst service ever! At first, come and smile to them but not smile back. Only smirk face i received from them. Thus, while doing my hair so rough and aggressive. Even from wash, blow, until for relaxing and coloring. They even burn my scalp because of the iron plate! All the time they were doing mine was so awful and rough! Im so regrets coming here, waste my money for that bad service ever!

Absolutely the best hair wash service I’ve experienced! The staff were professional, gentle, and made the whole process so relaxing. My scalp felt refreshed and my hair looked amazing afterward. Highly recommended for anyone looking to pamper themselves!

Very poor service, used to go there but seems like new owner took over. Asked wht i wanted with the blower on.. is this how u ask??... Went for trim ended up showered with my chopped hair all over face, shirt and pants. Never experienced like this at any saloon so far. Just told him trim at the end then became layer cut and its too short... service too poor with customer not ready to listen. My bad went there... wht to argue after all done..

If you guys rushed, don't rush my hair, too much of roughnes untill I get headache, simply pulling harder on customers hair, it so harsh. The worst ever I've seen. And no any experience on curly hair, bad service.

Very bad service and also not calm when doing work. Harsh to customers and when telling price is not clear. First told 120 then upon paying telling 220. Dont wanna listen what customer exactly wants. Will never ever recommend this shop to anyone. Dont know how to work on curl hairs, very rough service.
