The environment is calm and clean, with comfortable massage chairs and a soothing head massage that instantly melts stress away. The staff that assist me on my visit were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained every step clearly and recommended the right products without any pushy sales pitch. My hair felt incredibly clean, smooth, and healthy afterwards. I left feeling refreshed and actually learned what was being done and why.
