Best sgt. They really take their time to do my hairwash, very delicate, staff communication very polite and professional. I got my hairwash n styled with iron for rm60. Satisfied customer! Will repeat going here

Have private room. Although when rinsing or steam the hair u have to go out of the room that is not private, which isnt muslimah friendly anymore. My suggestion for muslimah u can wash ur hair first at home and then go here to cut ur hair 😅 here is better than the itcc branch because that branch got no private room at all.

Really appreciate the Muslimah section of the salon as not many salons offer haircut services for Muslim women these days, especially not during covid season. Although I do hope they can provide a private section for Muslim women to wash their hair as well since the hair-washing section is semi-public, but overall I usually have a great experience here.

went to get a trim, the staff that assisted me somehow managed to convince me to touch up my hair. Im guessing she wasnt really experienced and my roots ended up being brighter than my ends. Was really disappointed with the results but the staff was kind enough to suggest a solution. She offered me a price of rm150 for the repair after charging me rm150.

Went to get a perm for RM150. The staff that assisted me seem like she wasn't really experienced in perming hair. Within a week after, already lost the curls. By the 2nd week, my hair went back to being straight. It wasn't my first time getting a perm so I know how to handle permed hair. Staff is polite and friendly though. But not worth the money.
