The staff were friendly and provided good service. However, I am disappointed with the result of the soft bond treatment. Within just 12 days, my hair started to lose its shape and became frizzy. After one month, it looked messy and the bond was no longer neat. Previously, I have done soft bond, relaxing, and rebonding treatments and they lasted much longer with only touch-ups needed for new hair growth. This time, the whole hair needs to be redone instead of just a touch-up. It feels like the products used were not of good quality because my hair became frizzy very quickly. Overall, the service from the staff was good, but the hair result did not meet my expectations for the price paid.

Had an amazing experience here! I have thin hair, and the stylist worked magic to give it volume and style I never thought possible. He took the time to understand my hair type and showed me techniques to maintain the look at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful hairdresser.

Today my family stopped at a nearby mall and got haircuts here because we were traveling and our hair grew a lot. We had an adult man, a girl, and three boys all cut in a row. I was satisfied with the hairdresser's attention to detail.

Am very happy with the new hair colour, exactly what i’ve shown to the barber. Service excellent ! All i get worth to the price. Definitely not the last time visit! Will be back soon!
