Labella Hair Saloon

Mesra muslimah , ada tempat khas untuk pelanggan wanita islam .. sgt recommend.. pekerja mesra pelanggan .. Harga berpatutan..

Very disappointing experience. I clearly told the stylist not to use a shaver. He said okay, but the first thing he did was use a shaver on my hair. I showed him a reference photo, but he didn’t bother to look at it carefully and started cutting based on his own preference. The final result was completely opposite of the photo. The back was supposed to be long but was cut short, which cannot be corrected. The bangs were supposed to be short, but he kept them long. When I gave feedback, he asked me to show the photo again and still insisted that what he did was right. He tried to fix the bangs, but they still did not match the reference at all. Poor listening, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of feedback. Would not recommend.

Beautiful hair color with a natural, dimensional look. The stylist was very attentive and the whole experience was comfortable. Highly recommend this salon !

bad and poor service.. they didn't even offer me a muslimah cut..but the customer who came after can offer place for muslimah cut.. i asked for a bob cut..but her cut it straight..when i asked to fix it again..she said it was busy today..many customers..i will never go to this place again..

I had my hair colored here and loved the results! The service was excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Highly recommend!

Good service.
