Tdlr: Don't visit. I would give negative stars if I could. MIL asked for perm, left with reborned hair. Went back next day to fix, but got scolded by evil twin for "bad attitude". The name of the shop is based off the owners - clearly they are twins. But the only thing they share, is the same appearance. Depending on your luck, you might meet the evil twin with a bad attitude, foul mouth and weak heart that is not suited for most audiences. The other twin is much nicer to talk to and obviously, more reasonable. Their expertise is laughable. Hair perm isn't exactly rocket science. My MIL went for a perm, came back with hair straighter than she previously had. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so we went back to see what can be done. According to evil twin, in a typical service-know-it-all-but-actually-knows-nothing tone, nothing can be done, because we cannot perm more than once. And the hair will naturally be curly after washing (lol). After which, evil twin proceed to throw a hissy fit, and requested my wife to stand outside the shop as he didn't like her attitude and could not talk to her. What a champ - rarely do we get men with such ability to express themselves. Good twin stepped in, with the same face, but much nicer voice and tone to reassure us that they will try to fix the situation. Waiting for the results to be in before I post an update.
