Did my hair at The Hair Factory with stylist Boon Hao, and I’m honestly so impressed! His service was professional, patient, and super detailed. He really listened to what I wanted and recommended the perfect shade. The colour turned out beautiful, soft and vibrant, even without bleaching! The whole process was comfortable, and you can really feel his skill and passion in his work. I walked out feeling so happy and confident with my new hair. I had a very good experience at the hair factory kuching. My hair has been quite damage and really needs a thorough treatment in order to perm. Thankfully Pei Chee managed to do it. She got my likings and previous experience from perming hair. She even evaluate my hair before start doing the entire process. What’s the bonus is now they’re having promotion for 9 years anniversary. I even got scalp wash, treatment and haircut done by Pei Chee. I came back feeling beautiful and most importantly happy. Thank you for such great experience under Pei Chee professionalism and care.
