I dyed my hair with a super popular soft misty shade just before the New Year, and the experience was really great. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 4 years now. Every time before bleaching or coloring, they carefully apply a scalp protection spray to make sure my scalp is well protected, which really gives me peace of mind. After years of bleaching and coloring, my hair hasn’t been badly damaged — it’s just a little dry, so I try to do more treatments at home 🤣 The salon’s New Year decorations yesterday totally got me into the festive mood. He gave me solid, professional advice about what hairstyle and color would suit my face shape — and that gave me a lot of confidence even before we began. When the cut and styling were done, the result was spot on — exactly what we had discussed, maybe even better. It’s rare to find someone who listens carefully but also adds their own expertise to elevate the look, and Raymond did just that. If you’re looking for someone who actually gets it and can give you honest advice, go see him. And I have to mention the place itself — it’s such a vibe. Tucked away in one of Kuching’s old streets, the shop has this cozy, almost café-like atmosphere. No pressure, no typical salon stiffness — just a super relaxed and charming space that makes you want to stay longer. Highly recommend this spot if you want both great hair and a great experience.

What a lovely experience! I’ve walked past this place for years and always wondered if any good. Today I had the full experience of cut colour and style. Wow!!!! The service is excellent, experienced hairdressers and the ambience / decor like a zen spa - so beautiful and relaxing (LOVE the garden in the air well space. Ray makes you feel at home, loved, and beautiful!

There’s no hard selling on packages or products, just genuine advice and great service from Raymond and his loyal team. When you enter the salon, you’ll be served their beverage menu and make sure to try their popular kit chai ping! They also served me cut fruits which was a sweet gesture. Raymond or his staff will always take the time to discuss your hair needs, your preferences, his professional opinion, and even your budget. Despite knowing each other for years, the service has always remained professional and consistent. Came here for a haircut, and Raymond suggested that I try a perm and colour treatment. I’m very satisfied with the results! ✨ Great ambience and awesome service. The team even served me their signature drink, which was so refreshing! 🥤 Since it was close to lunchtime, I was starting to feel a little hungry. Without me even requesting, Raymond kindly served me a piece of cake. How lovely! 🍰 Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
