I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I came in on Monday with my child, the director asked who we wanted for the haircut. Since it was our first time, I asked for a recommendation. They told me the prices were Senior $35 and Director $50. I decided to let the director cut my hair and the senior cut my child’s hair. We sat down, discussed what kind of haircut we wanted, and then went to wash our hair. After the wash, the director suddenly told me his price was RM65, not RM50. He claimed the first quote was only for children. Why wasn’t this made clear at the beginning when we discussed styles? That was misleading. I thought RM65 was too expensive, so I switched to the senior，which is RM50 Unfortunately, the senior’s skill was terrible. My haircut looks uneven and messy, worse than if I had cut it myself at home. After washing my hair, I can clearly see it is choppy and not blended at all. The whole experience felt like I was tricked into spending more money, only to end up being used as practice for a junior. This salon is dishonest about pricing and lacks professional skill. Definitely not worth the money. I will not come back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend this salon and hair stylist Fung. He was very meticulous and share many good tips on hair styling and maintenance. Also gave a 10/10 butterfly cut according to the picture I showed him. Very happy with the service and final result!

Highly recommend. Good service, professional and the price are transparent (no hidden cost). First time visited the salon, satisfied with the hair cut result and soft rebonding. The stylist really understood what I wanted. Thank you Ray's Salon!
