Yvone is one of the best stylists I’ve met. She listened carefully to what I wanted, and for the first time, my haircut turned out exactly how I pictured it. I also had my hair dyed—there were some blotchy spots because of a previous salon’s work, and my roots were too light. She asked me to come back the next day and fixed it without any fuss. Two other staff members (Kendrick and Parry) helped out as well. They were really nice and paid attention to small things. I was cold and Parry noticed and adjusted the aircon without me asking. Kendrick helped out with my hair dye as well. Overall, this salon gives great hair results and genuinely good service. I highly recommend you to come here and look for either of these 3 stylists!

今天到你们店，前台的服务真是让我大开眼界——差到离谱。 态度敷衍、讲话不耐烦，连最基本的礼貌都没有，刚走进门店就用那种眼神，我到底是来消费的，还是欠她钱的？ 来做个头发而已，却被这种服务态度弄得一肚子火。 你们是做服务业的，这种前台真的会赶走客人。 希望你们认真检讨一下，不然以后谁还敢来？ 不过做头发的服务还不错，可惜被前台的态度完全拉低了整体体验。

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 8️⃣ years now, and honestly it’s the only place I trust with my hair. The team is always friendly, professional, and they really provide what I want. Every visit feels comfortable, and I always walk out feeling refreshed and exciting with the result. Reasons: - Made an appointment at 8pm - Started cutting at 8.30pm - Hairstylist left halfway during the haircut - Came back after like 20-30 mins - My partner waited from 8pm to 9.45pm before her session - OVERALL: bad time management, perhaps learn what's called an appointment, and don't accept appointments if you can't handle that many customers. *We finished our haircut at 11.30pm even with the 8pm appointment*
