I truly love the service. Even during the hairstyling, the stylist was so kind and gentle — not painful at all. She followed my reference perfectly. It was the best experience ever. To all brides, trust VKI’s skills — she truly has a superpower when it comes to doing hair. 💖

came here just to get my hair washed, but the experience was quite disappointing. The staff member who washed my hair spoke Mandarin, assuming I couldnt understand, but I did. She also seemed lazy, choosing to wash my hair at the basin instead of moving me to the proper chair, which made the whole experience feel rushed and careless. What made it worse was overhearing her telling another staff member that they had an appointment coming up, clearly as an excuse to hurry through my wash. But then the other staff replied, "Why did you say that? I dont have any appointment." That confirmed the excuse wasn’t even true. After all that, I left feeling like my scalp wasnt even clean.. If you cant take me as your customer or dont want to provide proper service, just be honest and let me know. I rather go somewhere else than be treated this way. I hope the management sees this as constructive feedback and takes steps to improve customer care and professionalism.

Love love love this place…. The hairdresser is really skilled and understands exactly what I want. The treatment was great, the price was reasonable, and overall I’m very satisfied.

This is the first time I came to this hair saloon and everything is perfect! I made an appointment at 6pm, when I reached there, the hair trimming service was initiated straight away, no long queue or wait. The hairstylists are polite and friendly. They always greet and thank the customers with big smile, giving them very welcoming and warm experience. Shean was attended to me and she was very cheerful and professional. It only took 15 minutes to trim my hair. The result is acceptable. The most surprised me is the charge, it only costed me RM30 with hair cut and wash.
