Walked in impromptu for a wash and blow. Was truly blown away by the exceptional effort by the staff. They went the extra mile to provide excellent service and price is reasonable too. 5 stars and I’ll definitely be back if I’m back in kuantan again!
The stylist (guy) may be young, but his approach to haircutting is surprisingly sophisticated. He ran his fingers through our overgrown shag and recommended a sleeker shape with just a hint of wave to avoid "boring bob" territory. He knew exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. He explained that to restore volume to our stringy waves, he'd lop off a few inches and add thick, side-swept bangs. Then he pruned our mop and staggered in a few layers, creating a slightly tousled effect that somehow made us look younger. The verdict? We'll be back for seconds
I'd highly recommend this salon. The stylists are nice and friendly. They listened to what I wanted for my hairstyle even though they're the experts. The rates are affordable too. And there's WiFi in the salon which is a bonus point.
Love the hair cut here. SOP are observed, i got my haircut with the master stylist Christine. She has good communication skills and understand the customer needs. Price is on the hig side for Kuantan but i think worth it based on she cut my hair.
Great place to get a haircut. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Their skills really worth the price.
A really frustrating experience! Attracted by their hair product but dissappointed with their unprofessional hairstylist, poor hygiene (put the hair dryer on the floor) and poor technique (hair straighten 1 week after perming).Service not worth the price! Not recommended!!!
