We had an amazing experience at Hair Quarters - Pavilion Elite this afternoon. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Stephen did an incredible job with the hair wash and massage, easily one of the most relaxing and thorough sessions I’ve had. Austin was my haircut specialist and provided great advice on styling and maintenance, making sure the cut suited me perfectly. The complimentary drinks and biscuits were a lovely bonus that made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-notch service and a premium salon experience!

10/10 beautiful salon with skilled stylists. I had my hair washed, blow dried and hot ironed straight in salon. It was the BEST hair wash I’ve ever had. I was so relaxed and my hair felt so clean. They use really high quality products. Luxurious salon I will definitely be back when I travel to KL again 🩷

10/10 recommend!! I accompanied my husband to come by for his hair cut & styling and did a hair wash. We walked in at 9pm on a Friday evening, the staffs were so welcoming! We were greeted complimentary drinks and biscuits (PS I loved their ginger tea so much!! & they were even kind enough to share their recipe with me 🙏🏼) Elena did my hair wash, her head massage is one of the BEST I’ve experienced so far!! Strong, on point, and she doesnt just brush off massage after a short massage. It was relatively sufficient - but of cus the longer the better 😆 I enjoyed the entire hair wash & will def come back for her head massage & wash again!!! ❤️

Excellent cervice. Very beautiful saloon. First time here and will definitely come back and recommend all forefingers!! Austin understood perfectly my hair and my needs!! He's amazing!! Also had a pedicure treatment and was superb too!

Got my haircut done by Austin! Specifically a fringe cut and some trims on ends. As stated in many reviews, Austin did a great job on my hair too. Friendly, listens attentively to what I want and gives great suggestions too. The scissors fell off his hand onto the floor and he changed to new ones. Little details like that earns my trust. Meanwhile the team pampered me with drinks, warm towel, and a blanket to keep me warm. Will return if im in the city and in need of a hair pampering.
