Had a great experience here. The salon is spacious and comfortable, making the whole visit very relaxing. Micheal gave helpful suggestions on a hairstyle that suits me well. The hair wash massage was amazing — the head and shoulder massage was so good that I’d rather come here for it than spend money at a massage place! Highly recommended.

Mercy always gives the BEST— like Eleven out of 10 kind of best hair wash, i know because i went around other salons every weekend to get wash&blow. Though i booked the appointment twice under Michael, he never seems to be the one doing the blow dry. I wish he could at least show his team how to do a proper blow for curtain bangs cause they never get my bangs done right, which makes me a bit hesitant to return. That being said, Mercy’s hair wash is amazing 🔛🔝 which is the main reason i came for the second time.

My go-to salon, whether I’m rushing for a dinner or simply want to look beautiful! The team here is truly amazing—always attentive, skilled, and they go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. They even offer coffee and tea while you enjoy your hair services. My favorite is their hair wash and style, which includes a relaxing shoulder massage. Couldn’t believe it when I found ‘Hair By Michael’ here in Hartamas! Michael used to cut my hair when I was working in Miri. I would only let him cut. Now that he’s here, I quickly returned to get my hair cut and loved it! Nobody else has styled my hair this way before and it’s amazing. The hair wash with massage was super enjoyable and duration was long. So much care goes into the job. The salon is clean, modern and looks tastefully designed. There will also be a secluded curtained-up VIP area for female Muslim clients.

To be honest, their cutting skill is superb and very fast efficient. I expected to complete all process around 1 hr include washing. The smart boss only used less than 1 hour to complete it. I have tried many salons in this few years. This salon gave me high satisfaction. On today, I actually missed out an appointment haircut in TTDI in morning. After that, I expected to go a Korean style hair salons in Sri Hartamas where doesn’t need appointment and can walk in. Unfortunately, the lady boss rejected me due to many customers to come soon. *big thumb* for this salon (Hair by Michael) for saving my bad luck day.

Been coming here for a couple months; Michael & his assistants create a very comfortable experience, from start to finish. It's impressive how they can work seamlessly together while barely having to communicate. Michael is also someone who understands what you need and delivers accordingly.
