I was first hesitating of coming here, because of some bad reviews. BUT I’m so happy that I went regardless. My stylist was Lewanna and I couldn’t have been more happy with my end result! I did a haircut, blowdry and curls. It turned out perfectly and she is such a sweet soul! Thank you so much! I will come back soon inshallah

Really disappointed with keratin treatment service as my hair color became yellowish because of heat and product. Hair stylist apologised but did not try to smooth the situation.

Highly recommend this salon to anyone. It was my first time and I was amazed with the service. Haven’t had a haircut in 2 years so I didn’t know what kind of haircut style I wanted. The specialist helped me with different haircut options so I trusted her, and she did just that❤️

I’ve been a customer here for a few years, but only now decided to leave a review because this has happened too many times. CS is hands down the rudest and most unprofessional stylist I’ve ever encountered. Every single time, his work on my hair has been sloppy and half-done — it’s obvious he has no pride in his craft. Worse, he thinks nothing of yelling at his own team in front of paying clients. The arrogance and bitterness are impossible to miss, and he makes the entire atmosphere miserable. Noy and Lewanna are everything you’d want in a stylist — professional, skilled, and genuinely pleasant to be around. They’re the reason I still come back.

The staff were professional, and the salon had a comfortable atmosphere with quick, efficient service. However, I went in for a styling haircut and ended up with a much shorter cut than I expected. It made my face look rounder, and my forehead is now more exposed—even though I specifically asked to keep it covered. This has affected my confidence, especially when people comment that I look older than before. For future customers, I recommend being very clear about your expectations. At the same time, stylists should also take the initiative to confirm with clients before making major changes—especially considering the service isn’t cheap. A bit more communication could go a long way in ensuring better results.

The staff is friendly and skilled, and I always go to my guy CS for my weekly wash & blow. He does the best waves!! My mom has gotten a perm & color touch up here and really enjoyed her experience too. They’re efficient and understand what to do if you show them a photo of what you want. Also fair prices at slightly cheaper than any of the salons at KLCC and pavilion.
