Treatment best tapi ready duit banyak2.

Very disappointed on how they are reducing the service and calling it an ‘upgrade’. For context I am a customer for over 10 years, have been going for my facial services. First they stopped the foot soak and massage service which was included in facial - I attributed this to COVID restriction. They never initiated it again. Now they stoped the chi lymphatic massage (5-8mins) prior to facial and say it’s been upgraded to head massage and guasa as clients requested that more. Funny - as for 10 years I been getting head massage and guasa before my facial right after the chi lymphatic massage! So where is the upgrade? Isnt it a downgrade? When I told the facial therapist she promptly escalated to her manager. Who came to the treatment room to repeat the same thing about the upgrade. When I told her it wasn’t an upgrade but rather a downgrade, her response was oh I see. And repeatedly she kept saying that, even when I sarcastically said just keep seeing do nothing. No apology, no attempt to calm and irate customer who has been with them for years. They only go the extra mile when they want to sell to you new treatment. I am very disappointed with how the manager managed this. The therapist itself, Grace was wonderful.

The oxygen facial was amazing. Very professional and relaxing. I feel hydrated and my skin is glowing. I fly a lot, so this facial is a must . Ying Ying was 10/10 Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Body Perfect since 2020. Of all the facial places I’ve tested and tried, Body Perfect is by far the best in terms of honesty (they track our visits and packages transparently and clearly), cleanliness (super clean sheets, towels, blankets, knee and neck pillows, bathrobes, toilets and baths etc), quality of facial therapists (every one of them are well trained and are very polite and professional with excellent massages and facial techniques). I can just go on, thanks to their supervisors Mandy and Mun Yee. I frequent the Intermark outlet. Have just signed another 10 package.

A fabulous first time body care experience and I appreciate the excellent customer service! I received a lovely phonecall confirming my appointment and checking in that I know the location. After filling in a detailed form, there's a consultation to know more about your concerns so that the appropriate treatments can be recommended. My first treatment was so good in alleviating my lower back pain that I quickly booked my second appointment and did two treatments consecutively! The therapists were warm and well-trained! One could sign up for a package if keen. I look forward to coming back!
