😢 I recently brought my 14-year-old daughter to your salon for a hair treatment. I had specifically asked about a treatment to straighten her hair without using strong chemicals, and was told Korean soft rebonding would be suitable. However, my experience at the salon was disappointing: • The stylist was not very approachable Despite prior communication, I had to clarify everything again at the salon. • During the treatment, my daughter felt very itchy, and no effort was made to make her comfortable. • The stylist explained that only about 30% of her hair would be straightened and that the effect would last just three months. I was expecting a smoother, frizz-free look, but there were still many flying baby hairs. • The overall communication and service did not feel polite, humble, or customer-friendly. I paid over RM1,000 for this treatment, and I feel the experience and results did not reflect the price. I hope the salon can improve in terms of listening to customers, explaining treatments clearly, and being more approachable—especially for young clients. I hope my feedback helps improve your service for future clients.

Highly recommend. I’m super satisfied with Vanessa’s skill. We had just a simple conversation about my requirements, she can get it very quickly and the result comes out is almost what I need. Every staffs are friendly and helpful. Well, I’ll keep looking for her in future as I need.

Jacob did a great job to my hairs! At first I was hesitating for the language barrier but ended up I had a very good experience at Seoul K salon! Will definitely visit again!!

Would definitely recommend this hair salon. I thought the staffs’ service was amazing. The senior stylist, Joy, did my hair very nicely. And the person who washed my hair did an excellent job too. My hairstylist couldn’t speak much English so there was a person translating and I thought it was really cool. Overall, I’m really satisfied with how my hair turned out do good job to the Seoul K team and thank you very much. Would definitely come back to get my hair cut again.
